Shipping & Returns
We usually send orders on the same day if they are placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note, we are a small team and there are times when we are not able to post your order on the same day. If you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will advise when it will be sent.
Most parcels will be sent using a tracked service and some will require a signature, so where possible please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number.
For orders outside the EU, please note that you as the customer will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination.

The above shipping times are an estimate given by the courier companies we use, there are times when delays occur and your parcel may take a little longer to arrive.

RETURNS
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what are packing before we send. If however you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution.
Please note, items from our Customisable Accessories page cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is any issue with your purchase, please contact our team at hello@willow-hive.co.uk
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, and is not a personalised purchase you can return an item within 14 days of receipt.
How to return your order:
- Email hello@willow-hive.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with our returns address.
- Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging using a fully tracked and insured delivery service. Please mark the parcel 'RETURNED GOODS'.
- Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping charges or cover the cost of returning your order.
